Zeta Specialist Lighting, the Bicester-based innovative developer and manufacturer of LED and solar powered lighting solutions, has today announced the appointment of new Sales and Marketing Director, Adrian Dennis.
Adrian brings a wealth of experience to the role, having held a number of senior sales and marketing positions. He joins from international merchant group PaperlinX, where his most recent role was that of Divisional Director of its Sign and Display division.
The role will see Adrian establish and execute a sales and marketing strategy to raise the profile of the brand and deliver on the company’s aggressive three-year growth plan. He will build and lead the sales and marketing teams, leverage the brand equity and accelerate sales growth.

Zeta Specialist Lighting is making significant investment in its people – there are plans to double headcount within the next 18 months and in its infrastructure. “We have a number of new products which we will bring to market and we’re investing heavily in our UK manufacturing facility,” said Shadbolt.
